When purchasing a property, you should be establishing an exit strategy.  Buy and hold, flip, rehab, wholesale, etc.  Whatever your strategy is, your bottom line is getting the most our of your money.  Well, the market as it stands, has put many investors, banks, government, and home owners against the wall.  As investors, our job is to restructure the system and get paid for the realignment of this country.

This isn't for the weak and weary, but I do offer a formula for those who do intend to be millionaire's over the next 10 years.  This isn't a get rich quick program and you'll have to use every weapon in your aresonal to get the job done, but if you do it right, buy it right, and use all your resources, then you will be a millionaire within 10 years.  Oh yeah, and you will also be retired.

I'm not a public marketing person, but my knowledge and experience will astonish you.  I don't work on my own, I have business partners that collaborate with me to become the empire that we are.  Our project income over the next 3 years is just shy of 2 million.

I am offering personal guidence and knowledge.  PRICELESS!  Especially when I can get you 10k in 3 months for each deal.  Sheer numbers alone will teach you that you do enough, you'll be a millionaire.

I am doing 5 houses a month, 25-45K profit each house.  Use the the government incentive, and you too can make this.  After 30 houses, you are a millionaire.  Forget working, be your own boss.  Again, I got invovled in market and all that, but I'm not doing that.  I offer a one time shot.  You make the choice, you can make the money or the next person will make it.  I'll even partner with you through deal.  Thats a guarentee profit.
