When you list and get a home staged "just so" do you remember to stage the yard for curb appeal?  It pays to plant flowers to brighten a winter-weary yard.  It should, hopefully, lead to a quicker sale.  Nothing enhances a home's first impression more than blooming flowers. Annuals are a quick fix – and will last longer than perennials.

I think that's a great point, especially when buyers are often looking at short sales and bank-owned homes that may not be in stellar condition. So staging your home, both inside and out, will really make it stand out like a breath of fresh air for those buyers.
