Hi--------------I might be of some help.  Do not know what they call the paper that is issued after the foreclosure sale.  But in the state of FL 10 days after the foreclosure sale the Clerk of the circuit court issues a Certificate of Title---------referred to as a CT.  You need to find out the terminology where you are researching.  There is a drop down window and you can select all manner of things.  You can do a whole search where I live.  Just type in the name of the person and hit search.  Remember when you are searching--Less is More.  You can select the dates.  I would suggest per year as there are thousands.  You should be able to find more than you thought you could.  We have Final Judgements called FJ and they tell the amount of the mortgage and all the late fees, etc and the date the property is to be sold at auction.  I wish you luck.  I just did the month of July for Collier County where I live. Next on the agenda is the Lis Pendens for June, July, August and the foreclosures on Marco Island. That takes the midnight oil for sure.  Most of the info is shocking!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Just pit of the stomach shocking.  All our properties have been devalued by as much as a million dollars.

Yes RealtyTrac has foreclosure trend reports that show the number of foreclosures by month, quarter or by year, from zip code level to county level to Metropolitan Level to State Level all the way back to April 2005.  These reports are available through RealtyTrac's Data Sales Department at 949-502-8300 Ext 158.
