Hi Nazmiye,

I looked up the property you are interested in at 8801 W Golf Rd., 6E Niles, Illinois, and it appears to be a pre-foreclosure, meaning that the property is not currently listed for sale.

What you could do, however, is contact the home owner directly. To do this, go to the property details page and click the “Contact the Owner” tab. This link takes you to Contact Center, which offers you several ways to contact the owner by sending them one of RealtyTrac’s professionally designed postcards.

Once you’re in the Contact Center, click either the “Send a Standard Postcard” or “Send a Custom Postcard.” If you select the “Send a Standard Postcard,” you’ll have four postcard options to choose from. Pick one of the postcards you like. Then, add a checkmark to the box that corresponds to the postcard you like, either “Homebuyer 1,” Homebuyer 2,” Homebuyer 3,” or Homebuyer 4.”

Click “CONTINUE” after you’ve selected a postcard.

Your name, telephone number and e-mail should appear in the “Contact Information” box — as well as the return address. You can also edit this information. From here, you can print the postcards and mail them yourself or RealtyTrac can print and mail the postcards for you for a small fee.

 Next, click “PRINT POSTCARDS.”

After you print the postcard, cut out the postcard along the outside border. Fold the postcard along the dotted line in the middle of the card. Staple the top edges together, affix a stamp and mail.

Hi Again

I enrolled to Realtytrac web page and gave my credit card in the fisrt week of july.  Amy Kite has sending  home lists but when we want to see some homes she doesn't show us anymore. And I just learned that they took my 49.95 $  from my credit card. I called herand realtytrac company but she or nobody replied me. I couldn't understand why realtytrac doesn't contact with us. Why they took my money from my credit card. I am waiting any message from you.

Nazmiye,

The $49.95 is the monthly subscription fee to get access to the RealtyTrac database of foreclosure properties. You can cancel that at any time if you no longer need it. I'm sorry you are having trouble with the agent we recommended. I will follow up with her.

Feel free to call customer service at 877-888-8722 or me directly at 949-502-8300 Ext. 115 to discuss your account in a private forum.
