You can search for individual properties with our foreclosure search on our home page or for foreclosure trends and statistics with our Stats & Trends Center

Re: Annual Foreclosure Number on Tompkins, Broome, and Saratoga Counties From 2009-2010

Christine, I'm so sorry for not replying earlier. Broome County: RealtyTrac shows 483 properties with foreclosure filings in 2010, down from 544 in 2009. 3. Saratoga County: RealtyTrac shows 139 properties with foreclosure filings in 2010, down from 148 in 2009.
I am an undergraduate student in Cornell School of Hotel
Administration. I am currently working on a Cornell University Real
Estate Research, which compare the real estate market between Tompkins, Broome, and Saratoga Counties in NY. I am wondering if you can share these three counties annual foreclosure number from 2009-2010? Thank you very much for your help.
