Hello darenb,

I am an undergraduate student in Cornell School of Hotel Administration. I am currently working on a Cornell University Real Estate Research, which compare the real estate market between Tompkins, Broome, and Saratoga Counties in NY. I am wondering if you can share these three counties annual foreclosure number from 2009-2010? Thank you very much for your help.

Christine

Christine, I'm so sorry for not replying earlier. It may be too late but here are the numbers you asked for: 1. Tompkins County: RealtyTrac shows 13 properties with foreclosure filings in 2010, up from only 7 properties with foreclosure filings in 2009. 2. Broome County: RealtyTrac shows 483 properties with foreclosure filings in 2010, down from 544 in 2009. 3. Saratoga County: RealtyTrac shows 139 properties with foreclosure filings in 2010, down from 148 in 2009. You can get more local foreclosure statistics and trends in our Stats & Trends Center

Chris & Kelly, At the risk of stating the obvious, you can always search on RealtyTrac for current foreclosure information for Saratoga County, or any other county nationwide. You can search for individual properties with our foreclosure search on our home page or for foreclosure trends and statistics with our Stats & Trends Center
