I try to use the advanced search with the minimum and maximum prices, but the results include properties with estimated values greater than my maximum price. Is there another filter or search method to use that will limit the search results to my price range? Thx

Thanks for your question. The price range search is based on the what we have as the amount for the property. That amount is typically either the list price if the property is listed for sale or the amount owed on the loan in foreclosure, because we believe those amounts are more reflective of what you may be able to purchase the property for. However, I have talked to our Product team about this and they are investigating ways to allow a search that filters by estimated value. We very much appreciate your feedback.
