Can anyone tell me what they believe the future outlook is for foreclosures in Los Angeles, CA? Do you think foreclosures will increase? Decrease? What kind of time frames?

Thanks!

I think nothing will change for several years. I don't believe the banks will dump shadow listings on the market. They are getting their loses covered from the govt so why bother.

Short sale will increase for that reason also.

We will have steady as you go until all the foreclosures are done. Great time to buy. Interest rates are going to go thru the roof.

This is my third down market and i have called each one. Banking on being right again.

Thanks for your comments, Phyllis. I think I may have actually met you at the real estate investors club a few months ago. I had a good time hearing from speakers and meeting real estate investors there.
