When I search to pull up home between $1 and $60,000 it never brings them up, it brings up others with ltv and equity numbers that are Blue that are far out of that range, how can I search and bring up just the properties between $1-$60,000?

How can I only bring properties between $1 and $60,000? When I do this it always brings up stuff outside these guidlines and the blue coloum (ltv/equity) always has stuff outsie what Im trying to find. I just want to search properties going to auction,avail or listed between $1 and $60,000 with none of the other props popping up, please advise.

Thanks for your question. Are you entering this amount range in the price range option or in the Equity range option? For what you are looking for I would suggest that you enter it in the price range option. I would also suggest that you call our member services department at 877-888-8722 and they may be able to walk you through setting up a search that will get closest to what you are looking for.
