Is there a need for certified Non-Profit Housing Counselors in the Lycoming, Union, Montour, Northumberland, Columbia and Clinton County, Pennsylvania area?  Would it be advisable to start a non-profit housing counseling agency in possibly the Milton, PA area?

I have no idea if counselors are needed or not in that area. I would highly recommend, however, that you contact possibility the local Realtor and bar associations in that region to see if a non-profit housing agency already exists there. If so, maybe they can give you a contact name there to see if there is a need for housing counselors.
