The total number of foreclosure filings monthly are made up of default notice, auction notice, and bank reposession notices. My question is that considering almost every property gets all of these notices throughout the foreclosure process is each property getting counted 3 times in the data? this would make it look like there are way more upcoming foreclosures then there really are.
