Hey there all I hope someone can give me some useful information.

I have read so much info.

I would like to get into a preforeclosure here in Southern California.

We are targetting several cities/communities in South Orange County (Ladera Ranch, Lake Forest, Mission Viejo, Tustin Ranch) on Realty Trac.

Its seems rather easy. I dont mind all the leg work. Actually its fun but there is a HUGE unknown. Is there a document or something or even someone that I can talk to or setup a meeting with tio guide me or help us?? There has to be a negative to this process but I dont know that piece yet.

Thanks for your questions. I would suggest two items for you to get started on learning more about the process of buying a pre-foreclosure home (or other foreclosure home).

1. Attend or view a recording of our Foreclosure Buying 101 Webinar, covering the basics of the foreclosure process and the steps to buy a foreclosure.

2. Contact a local real estate agent who specializes in foreclosures. You can do this through the RealtyTrac Agent Network.
