    Am I the only one that gets incorrect data from RealtyTrac ? When I read that a property sold on their website for a certain amount, and then I check the actual county website, the numbers do not match. One that I checked is a difference of $28,000. When I email support, they send me a "canned response"...

  • Realtor Statistics

    I understand members of RealtyTrac can view total number of sales and other useful statistics for Realtors in a given office. Please advise how to access this if it is possible.

  • Who's info is correct?

    Certain properties are listed here as "active" yet on on another site they are listed as "Pending contg on financing". How do we know which info is current or accurate?

    Thanks for your question. We pull hundreds (if not thousands) of fields of data for each property, and it's not uncommon in some areas for some fields to not be available. That said, if you are seeing a lot of key information missing that is something we want to know about and have our data quality...
