Re: When are you going to update the data. This is 2 months old. looking at zillow and redfin this data is old. For a paid membership I would like more accurate data.

I just paid money for a subscription and I was surprised this site reported several properties in pre-foreclosure just to find that not only were these properties listed for sale, but they were already in contract to be sold. Very surprising to see the out dated data.
