I’m also looking for a percentage of all mortgages that are currently in foreclosure and a percentage of how many mortgages have been foreclosed in in Buying Foreclosures.

Housing Sage replied to I have located a foreclosure that I am wanting to buy. There is one guy who is holding ASSESSMENT LIEN DEED as he had paid the HOA due in an auction. Recently, he filed a case to Quiet Title but it got dismissed. The title company says the Title is clear. in Investing.
