Here's an example of historical foreclosure activity data for a couple metros charted out over time. This is by quarter, but our data licensing department can also provide the data by month.

Re: Hi. I am looking for the same table (foreclosures) but for 2010. It's always 2011 which pops up. Thanks

Our stats and trends center just shows the most recent monthly foreclosure activity on the interactive heat map. You can get the raw foreclosure activity data for 2010 from our data licensing department. You can submit a request online at http://www.realtytrac.com/dataproductcenter/ or call them at 949-502-8300 Ext. 115.
